OOTN: Black Satin & A Pop of Color + Weekend Round-Up

Had an absolute blast last night at hubby's work holiday party!
Good food & good conversation!
Hubby had to be at church pretty early this morning so we didn't partake in the after party festivities, but we still had a good time.

Remember the dilemma I was having finding the right outfit for this party?

I blabbed about it over at Lovely Army Wife via guest post on Friday.

Well here it is!

I decided against a dress because this Texas weather is so unpredictable. When I spotted these floral satin-ish pants at H&M on clearance (for $15!) and realized they matched my shoes PERFECTLY, I bought them immediately. And the best part of all...I already had all of the other pieces in my closet!

Like I always say...nothing better than shopping your own closet!

And today... 

I got to sleep in! Yay! I sure do love my sleep. :) 

I'm hoping we'll be able to tackle one (or two) of these 12 Dates tonight.

We officially have only 10 days left until Christmas! You excited??
